Refunds/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

In the following cases, we may decide whether to exchange or not depends on the situation:

  • The item you purchased is severely damaged
  • There is any problem caused by us, which causes the item to be damaged
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at cs@meetlights.hk / Direct Message @meetlights with details of the product and the defect within 2 days of delivery


If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product. Please be noted that you are responsible for all the return cost.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable items as listed below:

  • Discounted items
  • Aromatherapy items
  • Accessories

* In the case of any disputes, Meetlights reserves the right of final decision.
